Most real estate organizations, if they have a real commitment to Training

area. These career launch programs are wonderful and important, yet they
exclude the most important and first element for success - "How To,"
get a Client and build a predictable and manageable referral-based system
which begins with understanding, then applying activity-based marketing
skills to develop quality lead-generation. We are in the "relationship
business," and at Wynn we believe it is our first and foremost duty

Our processes empower our Business Partners to make their own business

Our culture believes that just like marketing processes, training systems
also have a beginning, middle, but never an end. Training is on-going
because it has to be. There exist no career launch programs, despite the
claims made by many real estate organizations that give the real estate
professional all that they require to succeed without a commitment to
on-going and dynamic training processes.

that we offer a Seminar titled, "How to Choose a Sponsoring Broker."
To the best of our knowledge, we are the only organization globally that
offers such a Seminar to any real estate professional, free of charge,
and without any attempts at recruiting the participant into the Wynn organization.
We believe that the paramount frustration for most new real estate professionals,
and many already engaged in their career, revolve around selecting the
right Sponsoring Brokerage firm where that individual may excel and become
the very best that they can be in their real estate career. We believe
