Tammy brings a wealth of experience to the table for her real estate clients through a total of twenty years of property management, public relations, marketing and sales experience. She learned the nuts and bolts of property management through opening and managing multi-family and senior citizen apartment communities. Most recently, Tammy has been responsible for all public and media relations in the Dallas Metroplex for a national healthcare company along with sales and marketing efforts to physicians in the northern Dallas suburbs.
Her dedication to community involvement is evident as she designed and continues to implement a free “Lunch and Learn” healthcare program for six area senior citizen centers. Tammy also established and managed a charity golf tournament which benefited the American Stroke Association; the event yielded five consecutive years of generous donations before ending in 2006. Along with other community outreach activities, she conducts grassroots political action efforts on behalf of the rehabilitation industry.
Tammy is very well-connected in north Dallas and Collin County and is a marketing powerhouse for anyone needing to sell their house or find the right home for their family. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Brigham Young University and has been married to Michael for over 22 years and they have two children. The Hermann Team understands the dynamic housing needs of an active family along with the downsizing dilemmas facing today’s seniors.
